- Telenor Pakistan reserves the right to cancel any order and refund the amount to the customer.

- Please note that this will be an inactive SIM card. Telenor Pakistan will arrange for its activation through its sales force.

- According to PTA regulations, a customer can have a maximum of 5 SIMs registered under one CNIC. If the customer already has 5 SIMs, they will not be able to activate this number until they disown one of the existing numbers.

- To avail of the special offer, the customer should follow the instructions on the scratch card to complete the subscription.

- Delivery Timing and Process: The SIM will be delivered to your doorstep in 4 to 5 working days, depending on location and during working hours, which are between 9 am to 5 pm.

- It is important for customers to be available to coordinate with the Telenor Pakistan delivery team, as they will make only two delivery attempts.

- Delivery Methods: SIM cards will be delivered either by authorized Telenor Pakistan franchise staff or partnered courier company.

- Activation Procedure: Upon delivery, the SIM will be activated by the delivery personnel or Telenor Pakistan distributors through the Biometric Verification System. This ensures secure and reliable activation.
